Temple Kol Tikvah offers a number of ways that you can give tzedakah throughout the year: donations through a number of funds or purchase a leaf on our Tree of Life. These donations are tax-deductible and help us to sustain the level of programming and support that the temple extends to its members and the community. We sincerely appreciate the thoughfulness of those who support Temple Kol Tikvah by remembering and honoring their loved ones and friends through generous contributions. Thank you for your generous donation.
Temple Kol Tikvah has set up a number of funds for people to make donations to above and beyond their generous membership or voluntary time commitments. These funds can only then be spent on specific purposes. These are called restricted funds. In addition, there is also the Rabbi’s discretionary funds, which allows for the Rabbi to spend for the good of our community.
By having these sources of funds available for people to contribute to, there is a perfect choice to donate tzedakah, and to even designate an honor or a remembrance in someone’s name (in any amount, large or small). Below is a description of the many different funds at the Temple of which to contribute.
